Talent Management Magazine, Millennials’
craving for mentoring is high.

However, they do not want the traditional
kind of mentoring.

Therefore, many organizations are missing
the mark in building mentoring programs.

Many school systems are now attempting
to provide work-ready graduates by providing
mentoring and internship programs.
