Bob Moore, CMC, Founder and Managing Director
Bob is founder and president of Effectiveness, Inc, now in its 37th year serving business leaders who want to address barriers to growth, innovation, and customer responsiveness by turning their good people into top talent. He has over four decades of experience as an entrepreneur, coach, consultant and trusted adviser to business owners, executives and professionals.
Bob is a pioneer in the consulting and coaching industry and among a limited number of practitioners to be awarded the designation of both, Certified Management Consultant (CMC) by the Institute of Management Consultants and Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coach Federation. He is founder and Executive Director of the Effectiveness Connection an alliance of practitioners who provide resources that optimize measurable results.
Bob is a graduate of NC State University active in the Triangle business community including the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce where he serves on the Education Committee, a graduate of Leadership Raleigh and was a facilitator for Reality Check 2009. His Leadership Raleigh Team created and implemented the Emerging Leader Program for the United Way of the Greater Triangle. Bob is member of Rotary Club of Raleigh where he serves on the board of directors and chairs the Club Service Committee and member of the membership council of the Downtown Clubs of Raleigh
