Shipping Policy

If your profile order requires shipping, in stock items are shipped within one business day from the time your order is confirmed. Electronic orders have no shipping charge.

Electronic orders
EPIC Credits and Reports, which require a pass code to be issued, will be fulfilled during business hours M-F, 9-5, Eastern.

Standard Shipping Charges:  $18.00 handling charge will be added to your credit card

Special Handling is available:

Second Day Delivery:  Add $25.00 to actual shipping charges (FedEx or UPS)
Next Day:  Add $40.00 to actual shipping charges (FedEx or UPS)

Return Policy

Our return policy reflects that of our vendors and publishers which do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.  Exchanges will be made for materials determined to be defective upon initial receipt with the same materials and versions.
